Kushan has overseen the implementation of breakthrough six sigma process improvement projects and performance management strategies, resulting in substantial cost savings, increased efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Kushan as a trainer and a coach ,he has trained and mentored cross-functional teams in the application of advanced DMAIC and DMADV methodologies, delivering outstanding results in over 100+ completed six sigma projects. His unique blend of technical knowledge, leadership acumen, and effective communication skills has earned him recognition as a star trainer within the industry. In his previous roles, Kushan made significant contributions to industry-leading companies. He played a pivotal role in transforming Coca-Cola’s Supply Chain into a top-performing unit, optimizing inventory management, reducing costs, and streamlining operations. Additionally, he led the remarkable turnaround of Asian Paints Causeway operating unit, elevating it to become one of the highest-performing units in the global Asian Paints network within a short span of one year.
As a sought-after visiting lecturer, Kushan imparts his wealth of knowledge and expertise in supply chain management, strategic operations, and performance optimization to aspiring professionals. He has contributed to reputable institutions such as the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, University of Peradeniya (Postgraduate), HRMI, NPS, APIIT, and RH Training & Skill Gate.
