Manone Perera is a highly accomplished training facilitator and consultant with over 25 years of experience in leading multinational organizations in Sri Lanka.

He is widely regarded as a TPM Guru in the country, specializing in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean methodologies, Project Management, Environmental Auditing, and Hazard and Operational Studies (HAZOP).

With a strong educational background, Manone holds an MBA from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa. His educational qualifications, combined with his extensive practical experience, make him a valuable asset in the field of training and consulting.

Throughout his career, Manone has made significant contributions to various organizations and industries. Currently, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors at the Ministry of Fishery Harbours Corporation, where he contributes to strategic decision-making and operational excellence. He is also a visiting lecturer for the master’s degree program in Manufacturing Management at the University of Colombo and the MBA program at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura’s Post-Graduate Institute of Management.

As a TPM trainer and consultant for the Institute of Lean Management (Pvt) Ltd, Manone provides expert guidance to organizations seeking to optimize equipment effectiveness, minimize downtime, and improve overall productivity. His expertise extends beyond TPM, as he is also well-versed in Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean methodologies, Project Management, Environmental Auditing, and Hazard and Operational Studies (HAZOP). Manone’s passion for knowledge transfer and development extends to his role as a visiting lecturer for the MBA program at the Human Resource Management Institute (HRMI). He also serves as a Lead Consultant at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), specializing in manning and work studies. Furthermore, he is the CIPM lead facilitator for the CIM, UK Diploma in Professional Consulting, where he guides aspiring consultants toward professional excellence.
